The right side of the driveway is reserved for the ADU.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house, private backyard, and the left side of the driveway.<br /><br />Please note that the property also includes a separate ADU with its own entrance and dedicated parking space. The right side of the driveway is reserved exclusively for ADU occupants and is not available for guest parking.<br /><br />Airbnb guests may park on the left side of the driveway or use available street parking.<br /><br />The garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.<br /><br />Self check-in is available via smart lock.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />- You live in my home, not a hotel. We put a lot of effort into creating this home, please treat this place with respect. <br />- Our home is a SHOES-OFF home ☺️ Please TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF when entering.<br />- You will not have to do any type of chores upon check-out since it is included in the cleaning fee.<br />- No parties, smoking inside the house or any other violation of house rules. $500 fee to be strictly enforced if any rules are broken.<br />- Alteration of trip has the same policy as cancellation.<br />- Our quiet time is 8pm - 8am.<br />- We have security cameras around the exterior of the properties to monitor any safety concerns including, one ring doorbell, monitors at the driveway, side yard and the backyard.
