A comfortable sofa and a lovely love seat. A desk with charging station. <br /><br />Two full modern bathrooms with showers, fresh bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, q-tips, hair dryers. <br /><br />A decorated dining table set for gatherings. The property has a private fenced enclosed front yard and backyard for your privacy with a patio set and a barbecue gas grill to enjoy the beautiful California weather.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We will contact you prior your arrival to provide you with check in information, including a passcode to enter the house, parking and a WiFi password for internet access.<br />The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each stay with cleaning solutions that follow the guidances. The cleaners wear protective garments to ensure the safety and health. <br />The entire main house, private front yard and backyard are available for you for the duration of your stay. The property has a private fenced enclosed front yard and backyard for your privacy. There is a cottage that is not part of your rental and it is totally separated from the main house with separate fenced. <br /><br />There are exterior security cameras and ring doorbell outside of the property. No cameras indoors.
