Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.<br /><br />Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.<br /><br />Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.<br />—<br />We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 8 guests, $25 per person, per night.
