Our home is conveniently located halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. Close to all major attractions in the bay area. Only few blocks away from supermarkets, pharmacy and many great restaurants. Close access to hwy101 and hwy92. Free parking for 3 or more cars.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home consists of a main house (4 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, 2250 square feet) and an in-law apartment, which is attached to the main house but with a separate entrance (one bedroom, one bathroom and one living room, 550 square feet). The dinning room in the main house can be converted into the 5th bedroom with a queen size Aerobed air mattress if needed. Our guests will have the entire main house to themselves. My husband and I live in the in-law apartment with separate entrance.<br /><br />Conveniently located in the heart of the San Francisco Peninsula, our house is close to all major bay area attractions and is ideal for large families or several small families traveling together. The house is in a cul-de-sac, has very little through traffic, and therefore is very safe and quiet.<br /><br />Our house is also perfect for business travelers. its central location and easy access to highway 101 and highway 92 means you can get to your business destinations in a very short drive. San Francisco international airport is less than 15 minute drive away. Laundry room is locked during your stay. Please check with me if you need to do laundry.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have a Schlage electronic door lock. To unlock the door from the outside, press the 'Schlage' button on the top and then enter the key code, which will be provided to you prior to your arrival. To lock the door from the outside, just press the 'Schlage' on the top and the lock will lock. Front door tends to need a good firm pull to securely close and lock - please double check it.<br /><br />As disclosed under the amenities, we don't have an Air Conditioner in our house and you don't need one most of the summer. But every once in a while, it could get hot in the summer. But the temperature will come down quickly by opening the windows after sunset.
