We are back on Airbnb for the spring/summer! We have had several fantastic long-term renters and will use the spring/summer for Airbnb guests. <br />Nestled in the heart of the SF Peninsula, you will love our in-law offering exceptional features, including laundry, outdoor space, vaulted ceilings, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bathroom, this is the perfect home away from home.<br />You will be a short walk to Trader Joe's and fantastic restaurants: Saltbox, Soko Soko, Mints and Honey, Pazzo, and the Toss.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You will love this one bedroom, separate living room, and kitchenette! The kitchenette in the living room is thoughtfully designed to meet your needs. Equipped with essential appliances and utensils, an electric cooktop, an air fryer, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer, it provides the convenience of preparing your own meals. The kitchenette ensures that you have the flexibility to dine in whenever you desire.<br /><br />Vaulted ceilings highlight the living room, where the sofa folds out to a queen-size bed. A Smart TV with Netflix is also available.<br /><br />The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and ample closet space. Unwind in the privacy of your ensuite bathroom, designed with comfort in mind. The ensuite bathroom offers convenience and a touch of luxury. Shared laundry room with washer/dryer/ironing board.<br /><br />Our vacation rental is located in a charming San Carlos, known for its restaurant-filled downtown and proximity to SF, the coast, and Silicon Valley companies. Explore the numerous restaurants, parks, or hiking trails in our cute town.<br /><br />We look forward to welcoming you to our inlaw!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There is private access to the in-law, which is connected to the main house. It's separated by a large hallway and another door which closes off the two portions of the houses.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are under a ten minute walk to the local favorite restaurants, Saltbox, The Toss, Noshery, and cafes. You'll also find a Trader Joe's and Walgreens conveniently close by.<br /><br />We do have a sweet Goldendoodle pup that you will see from time to time as well as two kids on the trampoline.
