Welcome to our classic San Francisco home - an ideal base for travelers looking for convenient access to everything the Bay Area has to offer. <br /><br />Located just a 4-minutes walk to Balboa Park BART station- reach downtown and Moscone Center in 12 minutes or SFO Airport in just 20. <br /><br />Our home is conveniently located on a main street, providing easy access to public transit and quick connections to Highways 280 and 101, easy to explore the greater San Francisco Bay Area.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You will be renting the entire second floor of our traditional San Francisco single-family house, featuring:<br /><br />• 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-size beds (sleeps up to 6 guests)<br />• 1 full bathroom<br />• Fully equipped kitchen<br />• Living room<br />• Private entrance<br />• High-speed Wi-Fi<br />• HDTV<br /><br />The kitchen includes a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, stove/oven, utensils, dishes, and everything you'll need to prepare simple meals.<br /><br />Our home's classic layout offers an authentic San Francisco living experience while providing space to relax after a day of sightseeing or work.<br /><br />Each room has windows so offers many natural lightings.<br /><br />There is no dishwasher and no washer or dryer inside the home. A convenient coin-operated laundromat is located nearby on Ocean Avenue.<br /><br />NEIGHBORHOOD<br />The neighborhood offers excellent convenience for both visitors and locals. Within walking distance you'll find:<br />• Balboa Park BART Station<br />• Muni buses and light rail<br />• Whole Foods Market<br />• LocaL cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and takeout options along Ocean Avenue and nearby<br />• Balboa Park features playgrounds and walking paths<br /><br />We are walking distance to Lick Wilmerding High School and City College of San Francisco. The unit is private and not shared. Your entrance is secured with a unique code provided for each stay.<br /><br />Please note:<br />• Entry requires walking up one flight of stairs.<br />• The ground floor and backyard are not part of the rental and are not accessible to guests.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />CAR PARKING<br />On the opposite streets from the house are two blocks of free parking. Additional free parking a few blocks further from the house. Neighborhood street parking is free from 6 pm to 10 am. A two-hour parking limit is enforced at other times. Please read parking signs posted on streets.<br /><br />To help maintain a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following house rules:<br /><br />• No parties, events, or large gatherings.<br />• Quiet hours (10 pm to 7 am) must be respected.<br />• Smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home, for the comfort of our future guests.<br /><br />Parties will result in immediate termination of the reservation and will incur a $500 fee. <br /><br />If smoking or vaping is detected inside the house, a $500 fee is imposed, along with any additional cleaning or damage costs as permitted under Airbnb policies.<br /><br />We look forward to hosting you and helping make your visit to San Francisco comfortable, convenient, and memorable!<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2024-006704STR
