“SF City Chalet" gives you a great location to the glorious San Francisco lifestyle. You will be one block (5 minute) walk to Bart (Bay Area Rapid Transit) which in less than 5 stops (25 minutes) you are in the heart of the city and its greater main attractions such as a ride on a cable car, Chinatown, Lombard Street, Downtown, and the Ferry Building, just to name a few. You have the luxury of the backyard to relax and potentially use as an office space while drinking a cup of coffee or tea<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is a downstairs unit, there are tenants above you. Your space is completely private and has a private entrance.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will access via the back gate through the yard. Seperate entrance<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />PARKING<br /><br />Parking permit are for people who permanently live in the neighborhood. Due to street cleaning days which are Thursdays & Friday mornings. Every Thursday no parking (on street, side closest to property) from 9am-11am. Every Friday no parking from 8am-10am (opposite side of street from property)<br /><br />Street parking has postings for hours and limitations:<br />Due to permitted parking, people who visit and do not have permit can park on the street up to 2 hours only during weekdays 8am-6pm, after 6pm is unlimited (until 8am next morning, or technically 10am). Unlimited weekend parking starting Fridays at 6pm, and no need for 2 hour limit. There is also street cleaning on one side of Delano Ave on Thursday mornings 9am- 11am, and directly on opposite side of Delano Ave , street cleaning is Friday mornings 8am-10am, which in these times no one is allowed to park in these sides of the street. There is regular (non permitted parking) on Geneva Ave, San Jose Ave and one side of Seneca Ave which are all one block away. We can point these streets to you upon arrival if needed.
