Cameras on outside of home are fake. The garage is used for a office and storage. The garage is a detached. Garage is a separated building from the main house and is used by me as a office/storage area. This building is far enough away from the rental house to give privacy to the guests. Groups arriving with more than two vehicles should contact the host first as parking is limited. No commercial vehicle or rv or trailers. I’ve made furniture upgrades, I’ve added a couch and changed another couch. I’ve added end tables and lamps to the entire home. All additions are upgrades but similar to the pictures. No electric car charging. A minimum fine of $100 for electric car charging from the home all guests and all automobiles must be registered. in the event that unregistered guest and Automobiles arrive at the home I reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund as this will cause great harm to the community Primary guests must add all other guests as Co travelers to the reservation or send selfies and full legal name of each adult guest.
