Please message us if you have any questions!<br /><br />🚫 House Rules<br /><br />• Check-in time: 4 PM<br />• Check-out time: 10 AM<br />• Guest must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regard to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.<br />• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (No loud noise or music indoors & outdoors). <br />• Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise. <br />• No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays (Minimum $1,000 fine if violated.)<br />• No smoking, vaping, hookah, or illegal substances (Minimum $1,000 fine if determined to have been brought onto premises)<br />• No firearms on the property<br />• No shoes inside the home (house slippers available upon request)<br />• No moving or rearranging furniture<br />• No food allowed on couch + TV area and within bedrooms<br />• No unplugging of electronics, e.g. TVs, cable boxes, routers, lamps, etc.<br />• Before leaving the home, please unplug unused appliances (hair tools, chargers, etc.) and ensure the stove and oven are turned off.<br />• No extra/overnight guests other than stated in your reservation ($500 penalty per extra/overnight guest, if not authorized)<br />• No mail or packages delivered to property. Please send to nearby pick-up location.<br />• No pre-checked bag storage<br />• No pets or other animals of any kind allowed on premises. Service animals will require a $500 deep cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit for each.<br />• No parking anywhere other than within paved driveway. Do not block neighbors' driveway.<br />• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both indoors and outdoors—especially around the fire pit.<br /><br />❗We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund and impose fines if house rules are violated. If a stay is terminated early due to violations, remaining nights will be non-refundable. We also reserve the right to file claims through Airbnb when necessary.<br /><br />❗If a previous guest has not respected our home or house rules, we have the right to decline future reservations.<br /><br />💯 These rules are in place to maintain the highest standard in our accommodations for the benefit of our guests.<br /><br /><br /> 💳 FEE SCHEDULE<br /><br />• Items left behind: $30 handling fee + USPS packaging and postage<br />• Unauthorized early check-in or late checkout: $40 per hour<br />• Special requests: $40 + associated material/service costs<br /><br />📅 CANCELLATION POLICY: Firm<br /><br />We adhere to our cancellation policy and strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes to your plans.<br /><br />✅ As hosts, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and strive to maintain a secure environment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to guests or their belongings during their stay at our home. We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies. Guests are also encouraged to take necessary precautions, such as locking doors and windows and avoiding hazardous activities. By booking with us, guests acknowledge their responsibility for their own safety and release the host from liability for any incidents during their stay.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />• Self check-in via a secure smart lock (unique access code will be provided prior to arrival)<br /><br />• Full access to all indoor living spaces, including listed bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry, and entertainment areas and exclusive backyard access. <br /><br />NOTE: There is one additional bedroom that isn’t part of the listing and will remain locked for storage.<br /><br />• Access to the house requires going up a flight of 2 steps.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />• Each guest is provided 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. Additional towels are available upon request.<br />• Excessively dirty units may incur an additional cleaning fee (documented with photos).<br />• Trash collection is on Monday. Our service provider will roll the bin out Sunday afternoon and return it on Monday afternoon.<br />• Our neighbors are friendly and respectful; however, we cannot control or be responsible for neighboring noise, trash, or other disturbances.<br />• A guest's service animal must not be:<br /> - Out of control<br /> - Unhousebroken<br /> - Left alone at the listing without prior approval<br /> - Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest<br /> - Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest's control
