Enjoy a dedicated work space, laundry, kitchenette, free street parking, and garden access.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This 500+ square foot space encompasses the entire ground floor living space of our home and is accessed by a secure, private entrance adjacent to our garage. The host lives onsite. <br /><br />You will enjoy a a quiet bedroom with queen bed and organic mattress, blackout drapes and large dresser, a hanging closet with shelving for additional storage, a modern bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, separate toilet room large, a light-filled living room with queen Room and Board sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, a well stocked kitchenette,, a small office with pocket door for additional privacy, and access to the quiet garden space up a few steps just off the living room. <br /><br />There is ample 24-hour street parking at no cost. <br /><br />Laundry access is available for extended stays.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the entire ground floor of our residence. The 500+ square foot floor plan includes an entry way, kitchenette, large living room, bedroom, office, hanging closet, WC and bathroom with double sinks and shower. This is a completely private and secure space accessed through our garage entry door with motion sensor lighting and a digital lock for your convenience.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The bedroom is well stocked with premium linens, non-feather duvet, extra blankets, and memory foam pillows. The drapes are blackout with additional sheers for privacy.<br /><br />We have provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom with ample, high-quality towels and a hair dryer for your use. <br /><br />There are extra sheets, multiple plush blankets, and a fluffy soft comforter with coverlet for the sleeper sofa. <br /><br />The kitchenette has a small dish rack for drying, dish soap, silverware-plates-bowls-mugs-glasses for 4, a Nespresso and microwave, and a small fridge for your use. <br /><br />The space would be very comfortable for 2 adults in the main bedroom and a child or two on the sleeper sofa.
