Pool and hot tub are shared by the complex. Covered lanai with west-facing, adjustable sunscreen and south facing mountain view is accessible only through your second floor studio!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Once you've found unassigned parking in the lot off Albert Road, use the sidewalk closest to Albert Road. Follow it to the second sidewalk and turn Right. Building 229 will now be on your left. Stairs are in the front of the building.<br /><br />Use the code sent by Airbnb to open key box. Please return the key to the box immediately upon opening the door. Parking requires the parking pass found on the wall inside the door. Pool key and key to take with you are found there as well. <br /><br />We ask you to leave your shoes outdoors, under the bench. Red mud stains don't come out of carpet nor linens, so please *don't use linens to wipe off mud*! There's a hose beside the tree at the edge of the parking lot if you look over your lanai rail. It's perfect for removing mud and sand .<br /><br />Please close doors and windows when operating AC. We reserve the right to enter and turn off if it's running when studio is unoccupied and/or windows are open!<br /><br />Replace pool key, room key you'l be carrying and parking pass to the wall as you leave to avoid the $75 replacement fee weʻre charged for EACH item.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />540150210066, TA-008-511-8976-01
