Slumber in a deliciously comfortable king size bed with walk-in closet. <br /><br />The attached master bathroom has a free standing bathtub, a separate rainfall shower with a luxurious steam shower spa option, and dual sinks.<br /><br />Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the private patio roof deck where you can relax at the loveseat, two chairs and coffee table while watching the sky change colors over the course of the day.<br /><br />BATHROOMS<br />There are a total of 2.5 bathrooms in the house. In addition to the master bathroom attached to the master bedroom, there is also a full bath next to private bedroom 1 and private bedroom 2. This full bath includes a special deep, soaking tub.<br />Finally, there is a powder room in the living space.<br /><br />ENTRY HALLWAY CLOSET<br />The entryway hallway closet has space for you to hang our coats and remove your shoes. In addition, we have placed some beach and sports equipment for your use.<br /><br />_______________________________<br /><br />Garden and BBQ grill - Shared space<br />Access to a shared garden and BBQ grill. We have a beautiful native Californian planting area, meadow mix lawn, and BBQ grilling area. If available, you are welcome to use the gas grill and enjoy the garden, sit in the lawn chairs, and soak up some sun.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to all the living spaces in the home, as pictured, except for locked spaces used to store personal items.
