One is located at the exterior front entrance, one is in the backyard and one is in the side backyard. These cameras record video and audio when motion is detected. These cameras are carefully positioned to ensure they do not face into the interior of the home, preserving your privacy. There are no indoor cameras.<br /><br /><br />Additionally, there are two smart home noise monitoring devices, one in the hallway and one in the backyard. They only detect noise decibel levels. These devices do not record audio or video. Their purpose is to help ensure noise levels remain appropriate, preventing disturbance to our neighbors and supporting a peaceful environment.<br /><br /><br />Security cameras and noise monitoring devices operate 24/7.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest have access to the entire home, including the backyard and 2-car garage. This system monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video, ensuring full guest privacy.<br />• No parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time. Any evidence of a party or event will result in immediate cancellation without refund.<br />⚠️ A $1,500 fine, and dispatch of our local security team will be sent to escort guests from the premises.<br /><br />ELECTRONICS & CLIMATE CONTROL<br />• Please do not unplug TVs, lamps, or the coffee machine. All devices are intentionally placed and pre-set for optimal use.<br />• Thermostat temperature should remain between 68°F and 78°F. Please do not set the thermostat below 67°F, as this may cause damage to the HVAC system.<br />• When leaving the home, kindly unplug personal electronics such as hair dryers, curling irons, and similar devices.<br /><br />GENERAL HOUSE RULES<br />• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both indoors and outdoors, with particular care around fire pit and hot tub.<br />• Missing or damaged items will be charged to the primary booker. This includes, but is not limited to: playpens, board games, and other provided amenities.<br />• Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.<br />• Unauthorized or overnight guests will result in immediate cancellation without refund.<br />• Smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind is not permitted inside or around the property. ⚠️ Any evidence of smoking or drugs will result in a $1,500 fee.<br />• Pets are not permitted. ⚠️ Any violation will result in a $750 fee per pet, per night, a double cleaning fee, and additional charges for any required deep cleaning or damage.<br />• Please do not rearrange furniture.<br />• Pre-check-in luggage storage is not available.<br />• Shoes must be removed indoors. A shoe cabinet and boot mat are provided at the entrance for your convenience.<br />• Food and drinks are not permitted on couches or in bedrooms.<br />• Mail or package deliveries are not permitted at the property.<br />• Loitering outside or around the home is not permitted.<br />• Plumbing Care: Flush toilet paper only.
