The washer and dryer are located on this floor as well. Making your way to the mid-level is the living area with a new sofa, wood fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a deck off to the side overlooking the Truckee River. The kitchen and dining area are on this floor as well. The kitchen has everything you need in order to cook a homemade meal. The dining area seats six with two bar stools off to the side at the breakfast bar. The third bedroom is located on this floor with a TV, a large closet, and access to the patio with private views. There is plenty of games and extra blankets. <br /><br />The HOA provides the complex with many luxuries: hot tub, sauna, tennis court, and pool.
