17-Minute Walk to Moscone | Curated Victorian

A thoughtfully restored Victorian on a quiet residential street in the heart of San Francisco, steps from restaurants, cafés, bars, and nightlife.

Original art and carefully considered details create a space that guests consistently describe as welcoming and full of character.

Whether you're visiting for a conference, a family celebration, or a trip with friends, my goal is simple: I want you to feel that everything has already been thought of.

The space
Four private bedrooms each include a dedicated workspace, premium mattresses, and quality bedding. Guests consistently comment on how well they sleep here. The home is equipped with 700+ Mbps fiber internet and strong Wi-Fi throughout, including the garden.

The living room doubles as a sitting and dining room. The table extends to comfortably seat your group, while the compact sofa reflects the proportions of a classic San Francisco Victorian. Please review the photos to ensure the layout suits your needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking with a gas stove, oven, air fryer, Vitamix, quality cookware, and an extensive coffee setup including whole beans, precision grinder, drip, pour-over, moka pot, and two coffee makers (single-serve and full pot). Tea and light breakfast essentials are also provided.

Guest access
The garden patio is shared with two neighboring residences. It is usually quiet and often feels like your own private garden, but because it is a shared outdoor space, I cannot guarantee exclusive use during your stay. You may occasionally encounter a neighbor enjoying the patio as well.

Other things to note
• NO SHOES. This is a strictly shoeless home.

• Visitors: The home is intended for registered guests to stay, work, cook, dine, and relax together. It is not suitable for hosted events, conference drop-ins, or large gatherings. If you expect visitors during your stay, please ask before booking.

• Parking: Like most downtown San Francisco neighborhoods, parking can take a little patience. Overnight street parking is available on my street from 9 PM to 9 AM. During the day, nearby metered parking is available (free after 6 pm, Sundays, and Holidays), and a covered daytime public garage is about a 7-minute walk away. I'm happy to share parking tips before your arrival.

• A/C: Built in 1907, the home does not have central heating or air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own heater and fan.

• Families are welcome. Please note that the home is not childproof and does not include a crib or other baby equipment. I'm happy to recommend a local rental service if you'd like these items delivered before your arrival.

• Luggage drop off: You're welcome to leave your luggage in the garage before check-in or after check-out whenever possible. The garage is a shared storage space and is not reserved exclusively for guest luggage. If you require private luggage storage, please make other arrangements prior to your arrival.

• Recos: I'm always happy to recommend restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood favorites tailored to your interests. Please reach out :)

Registration Details
STR-0005536
