Yet it is convenient and just steps away from beaches, Ala moana mall, Magic Island, restaurants and all the attractions in Waikiki. Your bedroom is air conditioned and has its own attached bathroom. Its comfortable and well maintained with new sheets and has great panoramic views. You will have your own attached private lanai. There is only one other person in the apartment - the host. There is a dog on site.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Besides your room and bathroom and lanai which are private to you, you have access to the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment and building has central air-conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped with built in electric radiant stove top and state of the art oven, toaster oven microwave and pans and dishes. If you are staying long term, you will appreciate this Im sure. There is a dishwasher and laundry in the apartment. <br /><br />Please note that there is no cleaning service during long term stays of a month. Please keep your room clean and tidy the kitchen after use. <br /><br />You also have access to the pool, jacuzzi and pool deck on the 18th floor and the fitness center on the ground floor. Parking is available in the building at an extra cost<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This luxury building is well maintained and known for its security and friendly staff. There is a doorperson on duty from 7 am to 10 pm and a help/security desk all hours. The lobby is marbled with fresh flowers and central air-conditioning.
