Large kitchen island doubles as the table, and kitchen has all the basic appliances, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee maker and mixer. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards are in the master closet.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Property has a pool, hot tub and BBQ area for guest enjoyment and the beach is just across the street.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Requests for an early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability and a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.<br /><br />Please note that AirBnB has an error in their system and can’t seem to figure it out to fix it and may show guests that snorkel equipment or beach blanket is in the unit.
