Enjoy wine on the back porch watching the golfers play and dinner in the front courtyard equipped with a gas grill and dining table. <br />- Rest well in an Eastern King bed in the Master and Two Queen beds in the other bedroom. Private, newly-renovated bathroom in each bedroom. <br />- Sleeps 6 comfortably <br />- This is a private unit with a private entryway; ample parking and covered parking as well<br />- Multiple TVs and apple TV (sign in with your own passwords) <br />- Enjoy the amenities offered at Silverado Resort & Spa as well!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo composed of a Renovated kitchen, island seating, table seating, living room with sectional couch, fireplace, two outdoor patios, and two large Bedrooms with private bathrooms. <br /><br />The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cooking tools as well as a coffee pot (grounds not provided), microwave, wine refrigerator, oven, gas range and full size refrigerator/freezer. Paper towels & other paper goods are provided at the beginning of your stay. Please replenish as used. <br /><br />Guest can take advantage of the Silverado resort nearby: book and purchase your own spa treatments, rent bikes at the Spa, and grab a Starbucks coffee and Model bakery pastry at the Silverado Market and Bakery. <br />Access to The Fairways HOA pool from 9 am to 10 pm. Open and heated May thru September each year.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Silverado resort has its own hotel rooms and hotel-condos that can be booked directly through the Resort. This condo, is not affiliated with that program, and any issues related to this property should be directed to the Host only. <br />No mail is accepted at this condo. There is a Nest lockbox on the entry door and a personalized code will be sent to the renter prior to their arrival.
