I live here and the neighboring families have young children. If you're looking for a place to party, book elsewhere. Neighbors will call the authorities and shut the party down along with our business.<br /><br />*We have a strict no party / loud music rule. There is a minimum fine of $500. <br />*No gathering outside in the front of the house. <br />*Outdoor quiet hours start at 10pm and run until 7am.<br />*No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected.<br />*No shoes inside the property. Please place your shoes in the entryway to keep the house clean for your and future guests' stays.
