We would love to share our family home with you. Our home is centrally-located, you can easily walk/bike to Fort Mason, Ghiradelli Square, and the Presidio. We are one block away from Union Street and just a few blocks from Polk, Chestnut and Fillmore streets. Our home was completely renovated less than 4 years ago and our yard features over 20 palms and has been described as an oasis.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We have 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and an open, loft like space downstairs with two fireplaces, powder bathroom, and an open kitchen. We completely renovated our home under 4 years ago. Our home is available for groups with kids over age 6.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have access to our home and lovely deck/yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is our family home, so please know that not all closets and drawers will be empty. We love our sunlight and views and have not put up window coverings in most rooms and 3 of the rooms have sky lights. Our palms are beautiful, occasionally a palm branch will fall, those staying will need to be aware when outside.
