Live like an SF local in spacious 2-level, 4-bedroom home just steps from Golden Gate Park, 9th & Irving, and Cole Valley. The first level has a formal entry, modern kitchen and dining room, comfortable living room, and half bathroom. The second level has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including an en suite for the master bedroom. While parking can be challenging in our neighborhood, public transportation (the N-Judah train line) is a one minute walk away.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home was completely renovated in 2018. The kitchen and dining room are updated and come with modern appliances. There is a small backyard that you are welcome to enjoy. The house is perfect for families. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bedroom, a third bedroom with a twin bed and convertible single sofa bed, and a small fourth bedroom with a single bed. The house sits on 7th Avenue, which is a fairly busy street. The rear bedrooms at the back of the house are the quietest. Being on Seventh Avenue means you are just steps away from all the attractions in Golden Gate Park and all the shops and restaurants in the Inner Sunset neighborhood.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the vast majority of the house. Two closets in the fourth bedroom contain our belongings and are locked. We've moved some of our things out of the way, but but you will see other items around the house. Please feel free to use anything; just put whatever you use back where you found it at the end of your stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We have ample soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, paper towel, washcloths, towels, and sheets. But if we've overlooked anything, please let us know!<br /><br />Our kitchen and dining room is filled with high-quality cookware, dishware, and cutlery. Please enjoy it!
