Looking for a serene getaway?<br /><br />Hale O Ka Kai Nani (House of the Beautiful Sea) is the perfect oasis for you. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers guests plenty of privacy and tranquility, while also being situated near Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu. <br /><br />This ground-floor (no stairs!) unit is located in the Kuilima Estates East private condos near the Resort.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You’ll enjoy lovely views of the Fazio golf course 'back nine' from your open lanai – perfect for soaking in the afternoon sun al fresco. Plus, the short walk (~10 minutes) to some of the world’s best beaches, restaurants, and surf spots makes Kai Nani a desirable location for you and your family.<br /><br />The unit has been updated with a modern kitchen, complete with all of the amenities you need to cook up your favorite meals. There are also two A/C units in the room to ensure your comfort, but the tradewinds will keep you cool as well. And for those wanting to stay connected during their vacation, there is a Smart TV and wifi access available. Guests will also have access to a reserved parking stall close to the unit – no need to worry about hauling your luggage too far!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have private access to the whole unit. You will have shared access to other areas of the condo complex, including a pool, barbeque area, tennis courts, local trails, and beaches on the Turtle Bay Resort property. You are welcome to utilize the restaurants, amenities and golf courses at the Resort, which may have a charge.
