Located just 3 blocks from Parkside Square & Bob Cheney field Playground & 2 blocks Pine Lake Park, these downstairs units features both side door & garden access with a small kitchen & living area. Closest public transit is only block away while other several public transit options are available (around 30 mins to downtown). <br /><br />We live in the upstairs level and can answer any questions as needed. The outer Sunset is a quiet neighborhood and one of the areas in SF with easy, free street parking.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our airbnb suite is part of our single family house. We live on the upstairs level and the airbnb is located on the lower level. Both units share side door access and lobby with shoe rack. The airbnb guests use upper-tier and one-time slippers available for guests. The airbnb also has another access from the back yard. There are two sets of washer/dryer in the garage. We use one set while the guest is free to share the other set with non-Airbnb.<br /><br />The queen beds are fitted with bed sheets, comforter and extra comforter available in closet so guest can customize their sleep temperature.<br /><br />There are a electric cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle in the small kitchen for guests' convenience. To offer a quiet environment, a mini fridge/freezer and microwave are located at hallway and exclusively for the airbnb guests. There's no stove allowed for the City safety compliance.<br /><br /><br />There are individual heater units that guests can control to their liking. <br /><br />Free wifi (high-speed) is included.<br /><br />Large closet with plenty of room for luggage storage, hangers for clothing, an ironing board and iron.<br /><br />NO SMOKING, CANDLES, INCENSE, or anything that burns as they are considered fire hazards.<br /><br />Guest access<br /><br />Guests have full access to the shared yard and are welcome to hang out outside until quiet hours, 10:30 pm.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Very easy and safe to self check-in from hallway door with electronic lock.<br /><br />The unit is located on the ground floor of the single house. There is a separate door of the unit located at blue color hallway.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Free driveway parking. Free street parking. Easy to find a parking space.<br /><br />Just notice the street cleaning time. Usually, there is a reminder at the pole of the street.<br /><br />There is one camera installed onver the garage door and another over the guest entrance for safety purpose. The data are uploaded and stored in the cloud of service provider only and automatically override after ten days.
