Wake up in the morning in the Master Suite with ocean views in a Beautiful Teak Bed with french doors leading out to a spacious front yard over looking the ocean. Step out the French doors from the kitchen for outdoor dining Under The Pavilion features a propane Gas and kettle BBQ 's for a Great Outdoor dining experience. French doors in the front master suite brings in those beautiful trade winds. A There is a second Pavilion at the end of a spacious lawn area by a fire pit, which is truly a wonderful place to hang out during the day for shade and relaxation. The whole family will love to roast marshmallows while gazing at the stars having a glass of Vino while listening to the waves ocean right in front of you. There are little coves of warm water around the reef, great for small children( with a parents watchful eye). There are a few pineapple plants in the front yard and Banana Trees in the surrounding area. The mountains are lush and green beautiful as well. Thats why they call Kauai the Garden Island. There is plenty of outdoor seating. The neighbors are far enough away for total privacy. If you like the hustle and Bustle that you have at resorts with lots of people and pools, this is not the place for you. Please be aware you are in a jungle environment, backed up to 48 Acres of bare land. You will see bugs. It’s best to keep the doors shut. Otherwise bugs will come in . It is not a resort but the privacy out weighs a few bugs. <br />This Unique property is the Trump card of Molooa Bay! It’s about Tranquility, Relaxation, Rekindling your spirit and having Family fun. There are no owners or property managers living on the property. We respect your privacy. Their is a on island contact in case you need assistance with anything. Just down the driveway on the left is a rope with a picnic table, that is private property as well as the deck in the side of the hill. Please go past the rope just a few more steps and you will have access to the beach.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note : Before booking this property please noteThis property is located in a tsunami zone. Though on a bluff you may proceed up the mountain behind to higher ground.<br />Evacuation routes are posted in the house on the Refrigerator as well as in the photos of this website. <br />Please take garbage out to driveway in black bag tied shut. The care taker will pick it up. <br />There is an extra charge for excess sand in the house on floors, sofas, bedding and bathroom plus shower. Please rinse off sand and take off slippers/shoes before entering Ohana. There is 3 vehicles-parked on property. Soon to be removed. Still more than enough space to park 2 cars.<br />Please do not feed the chickens. The volleyball net is up for your enjoyment. If you prefer to have it down, you can ask Jason to move it to the side. The beach gear for the volleyball and golf putt, cornhole bags are in a black zipper bag in the laundry room.
