This home is located next to one of them, it’s a beautiful and peaceful hillside step path which locals may use from time to time to get from downtown Mill Valley up to the hills above. In addition, the famous Dipsea steps are one block away.<br /><br />There are two staircases inside the home: One from the front door leading up to the living space and first bedroom, and one from the living space up to the second floor where two additional bedrooms and one bath are located.<br /><br />The original brick fireplace is currently not available (and wood-burning fires and other flames are highly discouraged in this heavily wooded area and in Mill Valley and Marin County in general).<br /><br />The short driveway is fairly steep for some cars, so it may be best to back cars into it.
