The refined and eclectic decor is mix of upscale Restoration Hardware, original vintage pieces and global finds.<br /><br />With a hot tub nestled into soaring old growth redwoods, it's like visiting an exclusive hot spring in the woods! It feels like a magical and private oasis miles away from it all, yet central to the best shops and restaurants Marin has to offer.<br /><br />Large enough for extended family to enjoy time together yet have adjoining space in a downstairs Suite, which includes the 3rd BR and adjoins a lounge/entertaining space, including wet bar/kitchenette/TV and private balcony deck. <br /><br />There are stairs: From the parking area down and across the catwalk to the front door; and between the three levels inside: upstairs to two bedrooms, and downstairs to the bedroom suite.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: The completely separate in-law unit (see that listing at the bottom of my SuperHost profile) has its own private parking area and entrance, but the unit is located directly below your 3rd BR Suite in the Main House. Although you would not see or hear that other guest, that unit may or may not be be occupied simultaneously with your stay, which is why we set our House Rule of Quiet Hours as 9pm - 8am especially in your bottom floor bedroom suite and TV lounge area. KP<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The entire Main House with its own private decks, parking area and exclusive hot tub use.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Larger cars (trucks, extended vans) are not advised due to the short but narrow canyon road leading to the home. <br /><br />Please note that due to the angle of the custom door frame, there is no physical door from the master bedroom upstairs into the bathroom which is shared with the smaller bedroom. We do provide a folding door screen but sounds between the two bedrooms and shared bathroom may be audible due to the open door and ceiling space which is part of the custom open-concept design of this vintage home.<br /><br />If you need even more space for your group, please ask if the totally separate in-law unit might also be available during your reservation dates (or if it might already be occupied concurrently with your reservation). It has a totally private entrance, and its own Airbnb listing which you can see in our Profile.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: As mentioned elsewhere, that separate in-law unit on this property is directly below this 3rd BR Suite in the Main House, and may be occupied simultaneously with your stay, which is why our House Rule of Quiet Hours 9pm - 8am especially in this lounge area.
