Centrally located home, 5 min to shopping and Restaurants.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our Redwood Garden home is in a quiet setting. Single story home on a shady 1/4-acre lot. Outdoor deck connects to two additional slate patios with pathways and steps.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The home has 4-bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen beds available for guests. 1 bedroom is a hybrid office space with a sleep-ready futon.<br /><br />Guests have access to bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, garden. Guest sleeping arrangements are limited to the beds provided, no sleeping on upholstery furniture or sofas inside or outside.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />PETS <br />Dogs are allowed. Please specify number, size & breed. Dogs are not to be left unattended and also need to be supervised outdoors. The yard is not entirely fenced by the creek area. Guests are asked to make sure pets remain inside property boundaries. <br /><br />NO SMOKING inside the house.<br /><br />TABACO smoking or E-CIGARETS is permitted in the backyard by the shed ONLY. Seating is available.<br />NO SMOKING is permitted in front of the house or on the sidewalks or in the cul-de-sac.<br /><br />NO SMOKING of marijuana, cannabis or burning of incense is allowed INSIDE or OUTSIDE of the house. Violation forfeits Security deposit. <br /><br />Please DO NOT THROW paper towels, wipes, baby wipes or any kind of feminine products in the toilet.<br /><br />You MUST book the correct amount of people that will staying at our home. No third party bookings- guests booked must be in attendance.<br /><br />NO outside noise after 9pm.<br /><br />Please DO NOT use any products that may stain towels and bed linens. <br /><br />Discard all food, condiments etc., put used dishes/kitchenware in the dishwasher upon checkout.
