A rare full-floor Pacific Heights home that feels both elevated and completely livable. Morning light pours into the living spaces, while the open chef’s kitchen and private garden create an effortless place to gather, relax, and entertain. Designed with a refined San Francisco aesthetic — high ceilings, warm oak floors, and thoughtful details throughout. This is a calm, elevated retreat in the heart of the city.

The space
Just two blocks from fabulous Fillmore Street, one of the city's best corridors for restaurants, cafés, and boutiques, and around the corner from Alta Plaza Park with sweeping Bay views. You’re truly in the neighborhood here, not just visiting it.

As you enter, the front library sets the tone — light-filled, high-ceilinged, with custom shelving, a chandelier, beautiful artwork, and shelves lined with books and games. It’s the kind of room that makes you want to slow down. A quiet place to read, catch up, or pour a glass of wine. The Sonos system runs throughout the home.

Moving through, the open chef's kitchen anchors everything. Wolf range, Bosch appliances, and a generous white marble island that becomes the natural center of the home. Morning coffee, cooking dinner, gathering before heading out, it all tends to happen here.

The kitchen opens into a large, comfortable living room with a fireplace, large sofa and flat-screen TV. It's the kind of comfortable yet elegant space that's perfect for a quiet night in ( if you're not out at one of San Francisco's amazing restaurants!)

Beyond that, the dining room is a particular standout with designer wallpaper, a lantern pendant, and large windows and a door that open directly to the private deck.

Step outside and the deck feels genuinely removed from the city. It's lush, quiet, and a wonderful extension to the rest of the house.

All three bedrooms are quiet with high-quality bedding and a calm, residential feel. The primary suite has a relaxed, slightly boho sensibility and a newly updated marble bathroom. The other two are equally comfortable and well-appointed.

We rent selectively, a limited number of weeks each year. It shows in the way the home feels — private, well maintained, and distinctly residential.

Guest access
This is a full floor, VERY SPACIOUS flat in the best neighborhood in San Francisco. Access to the private deck. There is a washer and dryer in the house.

Other things to note
Amazing location, walkable to everything! Light, bright and modern with a rare usable outdoor deck.

This is our family home with two units above us. We are a very quiet, clean and respectful building so we do not rent to people who are entertaining, plan to stay up late making noise etc.

If renting for over two weeks, we request that you use our personal cleaner every two weeks.

Our home features light oak wood floors so we ask that people make sure they clean up any spills right away as it can stain easily. We also have a very light abaca rug in the main living area and ask that you don't drink or eat in there as the rug cannot be cleaned. If it stains it will need to be replaced.

*Please note the third bedroom now has a loft bed.

Registration Details
STR-0004896
