It shows in the way the home feels — private, well maintained, and distinctly residential.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is a full floor, VERY SPACIOUS flat in the best neighborhood in San Francisco. Access to the private deck. There is a washer and dryer in the house.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Amazing location, walkable to everything! Light, bright and modern with a rare usable outdoor deck.<br /><br />This is our family home with two units above us. We are a very quiet, clean and respectful building so we do not rent to people who are entertaining, plan to stay up late making noise etc. <br /><br />If renting for over two weeks, we request that you use our personal cleaner every two weeks.<br /><br />Our home features light oak wood floors so we ask that people make sure they clean up any spills right away as it can stain easily. We also have a very light abaca rug in the main living area and ask that you don't drink or eat in there as the rug cannot be cleaned.
