Living area, dining area, Smart TV, free Wifi, bedroom area, full bathroom with walk in shower, remodeled June 2026. Photo update to follow upon completion! <br />Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and snorkel gear to use, no additional charge. A soft cooler, reusable ice provided for those beach days or trip to Hana.<br />Free parking for one vehicle. <br />Oceanfront pool and lounge area, outdoor BBQ grilling. <br />Right on the beach, only steps away. <br />Haycraft Beach Park entrance is 150 ft away. It has a great sandy beach access to swim, or enjoy the longest walkable beach on Maui! Stroll for miles along Sugar Beach all the way to North Kihei without interruption, and find few other people along the way!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full access to the entire unit, access to the resort common area grounds, including beautiful and sparkling crescent shaped pool, grassy area with lounge chairs, and table and chairs. There are 2 gas BBQ's for grilling, and the enjoyable well-kept grounds feature tropical flowers and foliage. The complex itself is small, only 45 units, allowing a genuine, old Hawaii ambiance. There are no resort fees!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please follow the Hawaiian tradition and remove your shoes at the door. After a swim in the ocean, you will be surprised at the amount of sand in your bathing suit! Please leave the sand at the beach/outdoor shower by giving a rinse before re-entering the condo. We are on a private sewer system and sand down the drains must be avoided. <br />There is no smoking or vaping in the unit or near the buildings. Fines and additional cleaning fees will apply for violations. A smoking area is posted and near the entrance by the street.<br />2 guests maximum are allowed.
