The unit is located in the street level of 3 level house , with its own separate entrance at the side of the garage (through the garage to get to the unit). <br /><br />We as family live upstairs (we have 12 and 9yr olds) so you will hear kids noises and little feet running around from time to time. We have a friendly labradoodle and 2 cats you will hear running around . Its noisiest in the morning between 7am-9am since the kids are getting ready for school /camp in the summer, then again between 5pm-9pm.<br /><br />Unit is 380 SQ Ft large studio , it has a queen size tempurpedic mattress, Flat Screen TV, Apple TV & Standard Cable and WiFi. <br />In a separate room is a new kitchenette (dual electric stove) , a microwave, toaster oven , fridge, and large kitchen sink. Beautiful John Boos wooden table with bar stools with utensils in the drawer . Full bathroom in the unit that has a walk in shower. In unit Washer and Dryer. <br />There is a pull out couch (ikea hagalund for 3rd person ) and we have bed sheets and comforter for it <br />Note : if you use the sofa bed , we highly recommend to put the sofa bed back in place to prevent tripping since it's a small space <br /><br />We have fast high speed fiber optic internet.<br />You also will have a dedicated network to your unit<br />No animal is ever allowed in the unit due to guests allergies. <br /><br />There's a writing desk with chair .<br />There is a pull out twin sofa (ikea hagalund ) that pulls out for extra sleeping space , we provide extra sheets and blankets as well<br /><br />The unit is located in ground level of 100 year old house , you will hear footsteps and since we have 2 kids , a dog and 2 cats , it will be the noisiest in the morning between 7am-9am <br /><br />There is No Parking on Premises and no parking in Driveway<br />We live in a quiet part of town and there are plenty of Street Parking with no time limit Except Street Cleaning every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month in front of the house <br />And Every 1st and 3rd Fridays across the street<br /><br />We do live upstairs so you will hear footsteps during regular hours (7am-10pm)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Self Check In code as well as <br />Check in instructions will be sent 2 days before check in <br />You are welcome to put your stuff in the Garage prior to 3pm check in time or for later check out than noon.<br />Check in is 3pm , check out is at Noon<br />You are welcome to throw away the garbage during your stay , otherwise the cleaners will take care of it <br />Black Bin is for Trash<br />Blue Bin is Recycling<br />Green Bin is for Compost<br />(see pictures of items on each bin)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a historical property that we are proud to own which is built in 1912 and have taken great care of , but it’s not sound insulated. You will hear noises a lot louder than usual. <br />We have a gentle and friendly labradoodle (not allowed in the unit), 2 cats and 2 kids can be noisy at times from running around. <br />No animals are ever allowed in the Airbnb unit. This is a shared space and We will not allow any service animals due to allergies that can affect both our health and future guests <br /><br />New Kitchennette doesnt have a Cooking Range nor Vent so we ask for guests to do limited cooking<br /> (no frying ) . We supply double electric stove for simple cooking like making eggs and toast. No frying please !<br /><br />We provide trash bags under the sink. Please put garbage in black bin , recycling in blue bin and compost in green bin.<br /><br />Utensils forks and spoons are in the drawer of the John boos wood block in the kitchen<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0003248
