Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed<br />-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.<br /><br />-Early check-in fee $50, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.<br />-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Patio behind the house. The bathroom has washer and dryer. Small bedroom with loft sleeps three, and the larger bedroom with a queen bed sleeps two.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note: Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.<br /><br />- Please do not receive mail here••We recommend getting a PO Box.
