Stonestown Mall 15 min.<br /><br />Use Contactless Clipper Card (works with Apple/Google Pay) for all transit!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The 600 sq ft standalone cottage sits behind my home with private keypad entry through a gate. Complete independence and privacy.<br /><br />THE COTTAGE<br /><br />Living Room: Sectional sofa converts to bed, 50" swinging TV arm. Dining table seats 4 (2 extra chairs available).<br /><br />Bedroom 1 (main floor): 32" TV, desk, full bed<br /><br />Bedroom 2 (loft): Queen bed, low ceiling on sides - watch your head! Ample closet space.<br /><br />Kitchen: Full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Sodastream, 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig. Well-stocked for cooking.<br /><br />Bathroom: Walk-in shower. Shoe rack at entrance - slippers provided.<br /><br />Backyard: Shared benches, firepit, bike storage (rarely used by me).<br /><br />Laundry: Stackable washer/dryer behind kitchen door.<br /><br />Everything you need for a comfortable SF stay with the privacy of your own space!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Once you arrive, you’ll see my front door and then to the left of the front windows there’s a gate to the left. That’s the gate you want to go through. <br /><br />The Gate has a white keypad right of the gate. Click the large button on the bottom to light up the keypad and then type in the access code and then click the checkmark on the bottom. When you leave, please do the same to lock it.<br /><br />Walk down the alley (which should have lights, but if they dont work please let me know!) and you'll arrive in my courtyard, which is shared, but rarely used.<br /><br />To access the cottage door there’s a keypad, you can click on the unlock button in the lower left to light up the keypad and when you leave after closing the door use the right lock button to lock the door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Parking is off street but only fits a car under 17ft so big trucks and Suburban sized SUVs won’t fit and will need to be street parked. <br /><br />Working on a comprehensive guidebook, but happy to answer any questions about SF/Bay Area. As a 10+ year SF resident and avid traveler, I love sharing local tips and helping guests explore the city.<br /><br />I respect your privacy but am always available if you need recommendations or have questions.
