Nearby Ski Run Boulevard meets the lake at the other end of the street. <br /><br />This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 10. It cannot host more than 8 people over the age of 13. The large windows surrounding the living area let in incredible natural light. Dining area is open to the living room and seats 6. <br /><br />The chef of the group will love this fully stocked kitchen complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large french door fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The forest views and skylights in this kitchen makes for such a pleasant work space. <br /><br />After a long day out adventuring, take in the fresh mountain air and forested views while soaking in the private backyard hot tub. <br /><br />The perfect basecamp isn’t complete without a comfy place to sleep and at Heavenly Mountain Gem you have 4 bedrooms to choose from. Bedrooms 1-3 are located on the 3rd floor and bedroom 4 is located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy the master ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. <br /><br />This home does not have air conditioning.<br /><br />Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.<br />- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.<br />- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.<br />- Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
