You’ll be steps away from scenic walking trails, pristine beaches, oceanfront restaurants, and the world-famous Palmer Golf Course.<br /><br />The condo includes one assigned parking stall for your rental car. Within the community, you’ll also have access to a private pool, charcoal BBQ pit, and tennis courts — right outside your front door. It’s about a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to the main resort area.<br /><br />Guests are welcome to enjoy the Turtle Bay Resort pool bar, pool restaurant, resort grounds, and all dining options. Please note that the main resort pool and cabanas are reserved for hotel guests only.<br /><br />⸻<br /><br />🌺 A Note About Island Living<br /><br />Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate is home to a few friendly “local residents” like geckos and, on occasion, small insects — especially during the winter rainy season. We perform monthly professional extermination to keep them away, but we kindly ask guests to store food properly and keep screen doors closed to help keep these island critters outdoors. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings with more than 6 guests.
