This serene and very private property is only five minutes from the Sonoma Square and very close to world class wineries and Napa County. We built this gorgeous 3,500 sq-ft home from ground up in 2013 with two things in mind: luxury and comfort!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Inside you will find high quality finishes, Thermador appliances, beautiful furniture, and a pool and hot tub to die for. Enjoy outdoor lounge areas, 12 person teak outdoor table set underneath a romantic gazebo, a ping-pong table, and bocce ball court. This is the perfect location in the wine country. You may find yourself never wanting to leave the property. <br /><br />Nightly Stay Requirements: (Please read this about our minimum night stay): <br />* November to March: 4 nights, can make exceptions for 3 nights in between reservations<br />* April to Middle June: 5 nights <br />* June 12 to September 10: 1 week<br />* September 10 to 31 October: 5 nights <br />* Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year: 1 Week<br /><br />We CANNOT rent this house for two or three nights, Sometimes We consider it during weekdays or in between reservations for 3-night stay, Please send me a message if you have any questions about this, I'd love to chat!<br /><br />Important: There is a strict noise ordinance in Sonoma. No outdoor music at anytime. Also, guests are expected to enjoy the property inside after 10:00pm. Our vacation rental permit allows us to have a maximum of 12 people at night and 16 people during the day. We cannot exceed these numbers based on our license. There is a maximum of five cars are allowed on the property. We receive a lot of requests for larger parties. We simply cannot accommodate these. We cannot accommodate events, large groups, or weddings.<br /><br />There is an additional one time fee required for heating the pool. Please inquire at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. <br /><br /><br />Owner is severely allergic to pets. Most rental homes in Sonoma look nice in pictures but are worn out when you visit them. They have old furniture, uncomfortable beds, dirty pools, etc. (no matter how nice they look in pictures). In contrast, this is a luxurious home, built by the owners for the owners. We rent it only a fraction of the year. As such, it has all top of the line finishes, grounds, pool, furniture, kitchen, etc. The people who rented through other websites have said that this is the best house they have ever stayed in the wine country by far!<br /><br />Here's the bedroom configuration:<br />Bedroom 1: King size bed with a grand, ensuite bathroom.<br />Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, plus a bunk bed. Upper bunk is twin and lower bunk is full. <br />These two bedrooms above are each the size of two bedrooms, they are very large!<br />Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom.<br />Bedroom 4: Brand new king size bed with an additional twin trundle.<br />Bedroom 5: This room is right off of the living room and has a brand new queen size bed.<br />Bedroom 6: This room is detached, but next to the main house. It has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for privacy. <br /><br />The main house has four bathrooms. Two in the bedrooms and two to be shared. The detached room has its own dedicated bathroom.<br /><br />There is an additional fee required for heating the pool. Please inquire at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated for your arrival. <br /><br />Important: Owner is severely allergic to pets. So absolutely no pets allowed.
