You'll have a private entrance, easy on-street parking, sauna access and a killer sunset ocean view from the backyard deck. <br /><br />Our home can sleep up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, groups & working travelers.<br /><br />Please note: we do not have a full kitchen!<br /><br />Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, L streetcar line (no transfer needed) to downtown - 3min walk<br />Ocean Beach - 5min walk<br />SF Zoo - 20min walk<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The guest suite spans three inviting spaces:<br />• Bedroom: Cozy with a closet for storage.<br />• Living Room: Features a large sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and dining table.<br />• Media Room: Equipped with a second sleeper sofa, hidden arcade, and TV<br />• There is also a full bathroom<br /><br />Step outside to the shared backyard, complete with a newly installed plunge Finnish style sauna, fire pit, lush lawn and west-facing sunset + ocean views for ultimate relaxation.<br /><br />Note that we DO NOT have a full kitchen. Please take this into consideration before booking.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Your private first-floor suite, accessible via a dedicated garage entrance, includes access to the shared backyard and garage. We live upstairs in the same residential unit and share the home with you during your stay, as required by San Francisco’s Short-Term Rental regulations.<br />A door separates the guest area on the ground floor for privacy, while you enjoy the freedom to relax outdoors.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />• No Full Kitchen: The kitchenette is suitable for light meals, so please plan accordingly.<br /><br />• Parking: Ample free street parking is available. Note street cleaning restrictions: no parking on the West side of the street on the second and fourth Thursdays from 12 PM–2 PM, and no parking on the East side on the second and fourth Mondays from 12 PM–2 PM.<br /><br />• Early Bird Check-in: Available at 2 PM for a $40 fee.<br /><br />• Late Check-out: Available until 1 PM for a $40 fee.<br /><br />• Pet Fee: $90 per stay for deep cleaning.
