Relax in iconic Eames Lounge Chairs with matching footstools, enjoy the LED fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV, or simply take in the peaceful views.<br /><br />● COFFEE & REFRESHMENTS<br /><br />The suite includes a convenient refreshment area with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, Bone China dinnerware, silverware, glasses, coffee pods, creamers, sweeteners, and snacks.<br /><br />Please note: this suite does not include a stove or oven.<br /><br />● WORK OR STAY LONGER<br /><br />A dedicated workspace, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-suite washer & dryer, peaceful setting, and easy access to Hwy 101 make the suite comfortable for remote work, business travel, romantic getaways, and longer stays.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have exclusive access to the entire Sonoma Suite and all interior spaces during their stay. There are no shared interior areas.<br /><br />You’ll also have access to:<br /><br />• Reserved parking space directly in front of the suite <br />• Additional street parking nearby when available <br />• Seasonal use of the nearby Terra Linda Community lap pool (guest access available; fee may apply) <br />• Tesla EV charging on-site during designated off-peak hours<br /><br />If you plan to use the EV charger, please let us know in advance so we can send the correct parking instructions and help make charging easy.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />For your comfort and peace of mind:<br /><br />• The suite features a True HEPA 5-stage air purification system and is professionally cleaned, detailed, and sanitized before every arrival. All linens, towels, and blanket covers are freshly laundered for each guest.<br /><br />• Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety and security. Indoor noise monitoring devices measure volume levels only to help prevent parties and disturbances. These devices do not record audio or conversations.<br /><br />• The suite features central heating and air conditioning. The Nest thermostat is preset for guest comfort and energy efficiency. During summer, cooling is set to a minimum of 69°F, and during winter, heating is set to a maximum of 73°F. If you prefer a different temperature, we're happy to adjust the settings upon request.
