One block to desirable Noe Valley high street, groceries, cafes, restaurants and close to Muni line within 10 minutes of Downtown for memorable vacation/business/retreat.<br /><br />We live full time in the main residence above this suite and are present during guest stays.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The private sidewalk level suite, is clean and comfortable with original windows and doors providing natural light and fresh air. <br />You’ll enter directly into the cosy living room, with modern furniture, a 48” Smart TV equipped with Apple TV and Youtube TV, futon sleeps one adult. Slightly further down the corridor you’ll find a clean and spacious shower room. <br /><br />Finally, you’ll discover the large bedroom that includes a sleek modern desk looking out onto a charming garden area (access to the garden is not included)—though it may be a little distracting! Also, includes a kitchenette with fridge, tea kettle, instant coffee, creamers, selection of teas and snacks. Please note the ceiling height is slightly below average at 6 feet and 8 inches.<br /><br />Plus, the property offers a spectacular view of the glistening rooftops of Glen Park and southern San Francisco.<br />It's San Francisco living so you can be sure to hear the sounds of passing joggers, dog walkers and light footsteps from the house above. Enjoy a taste of real life in the City.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entrance: <br />You will enter through the ground floor door with the diamond window.<br /><br />Unloading/Loading luggages: <br />Please feel free to double park in-front of the house but don't block the neighbors driveways.<br /><br />Parking:<br />If you are driving, you can find free parking on Elizabeth or some parts of Castro st.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please leave your shoes on the shoes mat near the entrance door to avoid stains on the carpet. <br /><br />Please avoid flushing an excess of paper or sanitary products down the toilet since the drains block easily.<br /><br />The suite is strictly no smoking or vaping or if you wish to smoke, please do this at the corner of the street.
