Minutes from Downtown to catch a show/King's game.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />SEPT 2024 update:<br />Thanks to our feedback we have torn down the ceilings and added level 5 sound proofing to minimize the noise transfer from the unit above. We have also added a closest and included the ONE car motorized garage with direct access into the unit from the garage itself. Enjoy<br /><br /><br />It is a studio sized guest house behind the main house with its own entrance accesible via a safe & clean street alley. You will have the garage for parking to use. <br /><br />The Airbnb is completely fenced off and detached from the main house. Airbnb is the ground level.<br /><br />There is a television with Amazon Fire TV connected with access to Netflix, PlexTV, Amazon Prime and access to live cable TV via the YoutubeTv app. <br /><br />Rest on the Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and down comforter. Guests traveling with you will have access to a queen sized pull out sofa.<br /><br />Kitchen now has a full stove/oven as of Oct 2024 and also offers:<br /> fridge, Keurig, electric kettle, convention oven, slow cooker, rice cooker, microwave, pot, pan, cooking utensils, cups/plates.. etc.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire guest house, paved patio with string lights, fire pit and outdoor furniture to enjoy after a fun day out on the town!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Pets will be considered per approval with a one time fee of $50 pet cleaning fee for 1st pet of which 100% goes to our cleaners for their added time & refundable security pet deposit. Any additional pets will be $15/stay per approval.<br /><br />There is NO smoking inside nor outside. We have a camera on the patio, any violation proven via film footage and/or smoke smell in the unit will incur a $100 non-negotiable fee.<br /><br />Unless we have pre-arranged and approved a late check-out, please be mindful and respectful of our 11am check out time. In order to keep this operation running smoothly and continue to provide each guest the 5 star experience they deserve, we rely on our awesome guests to checkout in a timely manner. Unapproved late checkouts will result in a $50 fee. <br /><br />There is a $200 fee to replace a damaged or lost AC/heater remote.<br /><br />People make sure you have selected & confirmed the appropriate amount of guests staying in the AirBnb with your reservation. Any additional guests, that have NOT been PRE-APPROVED prior to your booking, will result in a $40/per person, per night violation fee.<br /><br /><br />Please make sure you lock the door by pushing the red button on the exterior key pad every time you leave to avoid any potential security breaches.
