Includes a private entrance and central location for easy exploring. The studio is attached to our home, but has an independent feel. We are centrally located at the bottom of Kohala Mountain Road, so there may be ambient traffic noise.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This attached studio offers a private screened-door entrance, along with a secondary door that connects to our family’s exterior laundry area. It’s a comfortable, clean space, perfect for rest in between beach and hiking days. Parking is easy and just a few steps from the entrance.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Laundry upon request<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We’re in a super convenient location—just one minute from a grocery store and about a mile from a local park and great bakery and coffee spots—so you may notice a bit of normal road noise now and then, as well as kids leaving for school ( if you leave windows open).
