Private 3 BR Home – Entire House.<br />Guests have the entire main house to themselves. The space is comfortable, quiet, perfect for a peaceful getaway.<br />Home includes 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms(second floor) living room, kitchen and outdoor space(first floor).<br />There is a separate studio on the property that is not part of the rental. Owner/cleaner may stay at studio for work. The studio has its separate entrance. The main house remains fully private, no indoor/outdoor spaces are shared with guests.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Private main house, no shared spaces. <br />3 bedrooms.<br />1 king bed in the master <br />2 queen beds in the second bedroom<br />2 full beds in the third bedroom<br />2 full bathroom <br />all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have full access to the main home, which is completely private. There is an attached studio with separate entrance where the cleaner or owner at times stay to work, handle laundry, bring supplies, prepare the space between guests, or do some maintenance at the property. Guests will not notice anyone is there, someone is always available if you need assistance. Park your vehicle(s) to the left side of the garage.<br />For our guests privacy and security, the address and check-in instructions will be sent to all guests the day before arrival.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit, be at the Marina State Beach in just minutes and Monterey, Carmel, and all the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula are also very nearby.
