The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything needed for home-cooked meals, while the cozy living area provides the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors.<br /><br />The sleeping layout is ideal for families or small groups. Upstairs, the private primary suite features a king bed, attached bathroom, and laundry area. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and another with a king bed—along with a full bathroom.<br />Step outside and enjoy the serene mountain setting from the spacious deck, or relax and recharge in the private hot tub—perfect after long days skiing, hiking, or exploring Lake Tahoe.<br /><br />Located near Skylandia State Park and Beach, guests have easy access to miles of hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and a beautiful lakeside beach for swimming and relaxing.<br /><br />Please note: This property is not pet-friendly and garage access is not available.<br /><br />All ABP vacation rentals include high-speed internet, linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer season).<br /><br />Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. <br /><br />Some Highlights Include: <br />•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound. <br />•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3 <br /><br />Due to extreme fire danger - The use of any outdoor fire-pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties.
