We love living here and so will you!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The house is neat, bright, modern, with all utilities included (fast wifi, water/electric, weekly gardening service). It's ideal for one guest or a couple, and also works well if you bring along kids or a friend (up to 4 guests total, including kids). It has a Queen bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, which opens to a comfortable Full bed.<br /><br />The house is on a quiet and safe street, and the location is fantastic: the heart of Sunnyvale (Murphy St), with all of its restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores, shopping, farmer's market etc. is just a 10 minutes walk away, as is the Caltrain Sunnyvale station. The house is kitty corner from the large Washington Park (which has jogging paths, a children’s play area, basketball and tennis courts, a swimming pool, etc.), and the Sunnyvale library is also a couple of blocks away.<br /><br />There's convenient access to US-101, as well as public transportation. <br /><br />Some of the highlights:<br />— Fully stocked modern kitchen (new quartz countertop, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, French coffee press, coffee grinder, rice cooker, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Brita filter, dining table for 4)<br />— Flatware, glassware, spices, etc - everything you'll need to enjoy cooking and eating<br />— Towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.<br />— Nice and bright bathroom with a full tub and a tall rain shower head<br />— Large bedroom with a huge mirrored closet<br />— Queen-sized comfy bed (fancy new mattress)<br />— Living room memory foam sleeper sofa which opens into a Full-sized bed<br />— Please note that there’s no TV, but we provide a fast internet connection, so our guests can stream their favorite content online on their devices<br />— Lots of things that make it easier to travel with our littlest guests: pack-and-play (+bedding), high chair, books, toys, etc.<br />— Large private patio with plants and flowers. It's located on the first floor (no stairs), and its entrance is through the fenced-off private patio.
