A two minute video describes the place and how to enter.<br />Only 1/2 block from Precita park & the Precita Park Cafe and other eateries and markets in the neighborhood. Walking a few blocks you will find other interesting neighborhoods.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is noon. If you'd like to check-in earlier or out later, please inquire. <br /><br />This is a studio/guest suite. You will have the entire place to yourself.<br />I live in the house above the apartment and am very quiet and respect my guests privacy.<br />You have your own separate entrance/exit through a door at the front of the house. There is a shared hallway which leads to the garage that I rarely use that is far from the guest suite.<br />Cozy radiant floor heating. Easy parking.<br /><br />NOTE: This is a non-smoking house. This means if you smoke you should not stay here. (Sorry, I have had issues with smokers in the past and I want to keep the place and my house smoke free) There is $250 fine for any evidence of smoking in or around the property.<br />- No smokers<br />- No smoking in suite<br />- No smoking on property<br /><br />Parking:<br />At most parking is a block away. If there is nothing available on Precita Ave (my street), then try any of the following; Mullen Ave, Montcalm St, Norwich St, Harrison St, etc.<br /><br />There is a microwave, toaster-oven, pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you need to make and enjoy a meal!<br />There is a sliding door in the room, but we ask that you don't venture into the back yard as that is part of the main house.<br />There is no laundry but there is a laundry-mat at the other end of the park, about two blocks away.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will enter through a small side door on the right of the house.<br />There is a motion sensitive light that will turn on as you approach the door at night.<br />There are light switches to the left once you enter the hallway. However, there is a motion sensor will turn on once the door is opened and off after five minutes of inactivity.<br />Down the hallway and through the door at the end is the guest suite.<br />Please don't go up the stairs and into the main house.<br />The place is yours. There is a kitchenette with a small, full size refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a great neighborhood and I love it and my neighbors! The BART (our subway) is a 15-20 minute walk and buses are as close as a block away. Uber (and Lyft!) are good options as well. But please note, that this is not downtown San Francisco, although downtown is a very easy commute by public transportation, bicycle or car. I also am not that close to Fisherman's Wharf. Please keep this in mind when booking as I wouldn't want my guests to have any unpleasant surprises. Thanks!<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0002760
