Private, quiet suite in a remodeled Edwardian in SoMa/Design District, next to Airbnb headquarters and about 15 minutes walk to Moscone and easy access to Chase Center.<br /><br />We setup the suite to be a comfortable home base for work trips and city breaks, thoughtfully furnished with pieces from Pottery Barn and a Casper mattress.<br /><br />Features a full kitchen, a desk for work, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy fireplace.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This private suite is set up for a comfortable stay. It occupies its own level of a classic, remodeled Edwardian building, offering a true San Francisco feel.<br /><br />Bedroom:<br />A quiet room with a king-size bed, Casper mattress, and a selection of pillows. There is a closet for your belongings.<br /><br />Living Room:<br />A comfortable space for at-home entertainment with a Roku TV and a gas fireplace.<br /><br />Kitchen & Dining:<br />A well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, hood, microwave, dishwasher, and an air-fryer. You'll find basic cooking supplies, along with complimentary coffee and tea. A dining table and chairs are set up for your meals.<br /><br />Bathroom:<br />You will have a remodeled bathroom to yourself. It has a classic SF split layout—the toilet and the shower are in separate, adjacent rooms. The toilet is a Toto washlet, and there is a hands-free soap dispenser.<br /><br />Laundry:<br />The suite includes a washer and dryer for your private use, with detergent provided.<br /><br />Bedroom:<br />King bed with a Casper mattress, multiple pillow options, and a temperature-regulating down duvet. The room is street-facing on a quiet side-street; we provide earplugs just in case. A closet with hangers is available for your use.<br /><br />Workspace & Wi-Fi:<br />A dedicated desk and chair suitable for laptop work. Fast mesh Wi-Fi is available throughout the suite (specific speed test results are in the house manual).<br /><br />Living room:<br />A comfortable space with seating, a gas fireplace, and a Roku TV (ready for you to log into your own streaming services).<br /><br />Kitchen & Dining:<br />A well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and hood, microwave, dishwasher, and an air fryer. We provide cooking basics (oil, salt/pepper), cookware, and utensils. For coffee, you'll find both a Nespresso machine and a French press.<br /><br />Bathroom (split):<br />The remodeled bathroom is for your private use and has a classic SF split layout: the toilet (a Toto washlet) is in one room, and the shower is in an adjacent, separate room. We provide plush towels, a hair dryer, and starter toiletries.<br /><br />Laundry:<br />An in-unit washer and dryer with detergent is available for you to use.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have private access to all the shown spaces, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Please note the suite is a second-floor walk-up, accessed by one flight of stairs from the building's main entry.<br /><br />To help you make the most of your time in San Francisco, our check-in and check-out times are designed to give you a full and relaxing experience on both your arrival and departure days.<br /><br />Check-in<br />Your suite will be ready for you from 8:00 AM on your day of arrival. Feel free to arrive early, drop your bags, and settle in for a full day in the city. Access is keyless, and we will send your unique code before your stay.<br /><br />Check-out<br />Enjoy a relaxed final day, as our standard check-out time is 2:00 PM. If your travel schedule requires it, an extended check-out until 4:00 PM may be possible depending on our calendar. Please just ask us in advance.<br /><br />Luggage Storage<br />Should your travel plans fall outside these generous times, you are always welcome to securely store your luggage with us.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Comfort<br />The suite has central heat for you to control. Like most classic SF homes, there is no central A/C. San Francisco's climate is famously mild year-round, and the suite's position on the middle floor keeps it naturally well-insulated from outside temperatures.<br /><br />For additional, personalized comfort, we provide a Dyson Hot+Cool, which functions as both an effective space heater and a powerful cooling fan.<br /><br />Parking<br />We do not provide parking. There are several paid parking lots nearby, and street parking can sometimes be available.
