Be considerate of your neighbors. If the neighbor is noisy please message me using the Airbnb app and I'll get them to quiet down.<br />- Duplex is not a good fit for guests with infants<br />- Other side of the duplex may have guests with pets.<br />- No smoking<br />- No events or parties<br />- Guests responsible for keeping the apartment clean during their stay<br />- No flushing diapers, etc. down the toilets<br />- No pets allowed on the furniture or in the garage. A gray Coolaroo Elevated pet bed will be provided and can be found in the garage<br />- Netflix, youtube, apps only on the Smart TV; no cable or regular channels available<br />- A basic Pack 'n Play baby crib can be found in the garage<br />- Driveway has a steep drop off and is not good for lowered cars<br />- If your stay includes a Wednesday night, move the outside garbage / recycling bins out onto the street on Wednesday nights. They can be moved back in from the street on Friday or after. <br />- Guests are responsible for making sure the recycling is sorted correctly in the outside recycling bin.<br />- If there is something not to your liking during your stay, please message me during your stay so I can address the problem before leaving feedback in a review.<br />- Please download the Airbnb app on your phone so that you can refer to the door code & instructions in our message history and so that we can communicate better during your stay.
