There are 3 spacious bedrooms, a loft/landing area for extra sleeping, two full bathrooms, plus one half bath in the hallway downstairs. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and everything you'll need to prepare any meal. <br /><br />The television room features a surround sound stereo system with CD, a newer flat-screen TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a gas fireplace, and comfortable couches for relaxation. The house is also equipped with internet access. <br /><br />The game room/living room area is spacious and features a large gas fireplace, a pool table, and a dining room table to the side. French doors lead out to the expansive deck, which also features patio furniture, a gas barbecue, and a hot tub. <br /><br />This home also has access to the ever-popular Tahoe Park Private Beach and is close to many hiking/biking trails. And of course, world class skiing is within a short drive - Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe!<br /><br />This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am.
