Aloha!<br />My condo is located in the heart of Kailua Kona, just two blocks from famous Alii Drive with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. It’s within walking distance to the pier, trolley line and sandy beach by King Kamehameha hotel. Kalanikai is a very quiet complex with concrete walls and spectacular grounds. Great location if you do not wish to have a car rental.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />1 bed and 1 bath condo is located on the top (2nd) floor with assigned parking space. Inside you will find fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (hopefully). Large living room with couch bed (it fits comfortably 1 adult or 2 kids). Living room has 55“ TV including Amazon Prime and Netflix, dedicated work space with desk and color printer. AC unit located in the living room keeps place cool during hot nights. Washer and dryer is available in the apartment. Spacious bedroom with queen size bed, closet space and private bath. Fast fiber optic internet!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest access:<br />-The entire condo is available for use as well as the community pool and bbq grills . <br /> ⁃ Full kitchen with everything you <br /> need <br /> ⁃ Beach chairs, towels , umbrella , <br /> snorkels, body boards, cooler , <br /> wagon, <br /> beach bag and sand toys for <br /> kids. <br /> ⁃ Pack and play for our youngest <br /> guests <br /> ⁃ High chair for kids <br /> ⁃ Bathroom with hair dryer <br /> ⁃ Private balcony <br /> ⁃ Games and building blocks<br /> (something for all ages)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Condo is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs to get to the unit. Elevators are not available. Pool key with a red band is hanging on the left side by the door in the hallway.<br /><br />Please, be aware that this is Hawaii, it is tropical weather and all kinds of critters live here. We clean and spray our place inside and outside to prevent from it.
