This large 3-room suite is part of my home, but is private, separate and locked off from the rest of the residence. <br /><br />There's a private entrance to your suite from the building lobby. Suite includes a dining/sitting area with dining/work table, sofa (opens to queen bed), TV and tiny patio. French doors separate this room from huge light-filled primary bedroom (with king bed). Cushioned bay window seat. Large spa-bathroom, "kitchenette" alcove, walk-in closet. 560 sq ft plus bath, closet & patio.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Built in 1926, our home has both old world charm and all the modern conveniences you'd expect. The secure building, in this upscale residential neighborhood, has a shared lobby. Your private, light-filled suite is located up one flight of stairs from the lobby and has a keyless entry. We live in the home, but your suite is locked off and completely separate from the rest of the home.<br /><br />We provide all the amenities of a luxury hotel: room darkening curtains, high end bed linens, plush robes, choice of pillows (firm, medium, feather), incredibly comfortable Italian Sonno memory foam mattress.<br /><br />The sofa opens to a sturdy, comfy queen bed.<br /><br />The spa-like bathroom features a spacious open shower, double sinks, plush towels, plus luxury hair and body products for your use. **There is no bath tub for your use.<br /><br />The kitchen-like alcove has a microwave oven, mini-fridge, toaster, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, bowls, mugs, glasses, flatware, coffee & tea. **There are no traditional cooking facilities and no use of a kitchen. <br /><br />Light exercise equipment provided for your use: small hand weights, yoga mat and supplies, inflatable stability ball, smaller trigger point foam roller.<br /><br />Fast wi-fi and Xfinity/Comcast cable TV.<br /><br />We are fully vaccinated and boosted and hope our guests will be, too.<br /><br />BlueAir Air Filter.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the 3-room suite. It is private and separate from the rest of the house.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are no laundry facilities for your use, but there is a laundromat in the neighborhood. As noted previously, there is not a full kitchen in the suite.
