Side B is separate studio w king and queen beds, sitting area & bath.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Welcome to Paradise! <br /><br />Designed for gracious living, this 1100 sq ft elegant and clean cottage condo has beautiful, comfortable, furnishings; hypo-allergenic wool sisal carpeting with thick luxurious pad in the main rooms, hardwood in the entry and kitchen, marble in the baths, granite counter tops, beautiful art, fung shui lighting, mirrors, books, no clutter. Well stocked kitchen. Hypo-allergenic wrapped mattresses/pillows. One long private 33' lanai runs from one end to the other; you will not be sharing the lanai with anyone. <br /><br />Side A: This 600 sq ft side has a large living and dining room, with kitchen, bathroom and 100 ft sq ft Loft bedroom with queen bed, plus sliding doors to the lanai.<br /><br />Side B: This adjoining 500 sq ft area is large airy Studio bedroom with both a king and a queen bed, plus studio lounge furniture for four, bathroom and sliding glass doors to the lanai.<br /><br />Both A and B sides of the units are open and airy from the trade winds and ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available in both large rooms if needed; electricity is very expensive on the island so please only use it when necessary.<br /><br />Most Hale Moi units rent one side or the other. I lived here for ten years before I married, and enjoyed the space, so decided to rent it in its entirety. I think you will enjoy the spaciousness; it is more an apartment than a hotel room.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Princeville is a resort community of 2000 homes and condominiums, plus the Makai Golf Course, The Westin Hotel, and the under-construction 1 World Hanalei Bay Hotel at the dead end, five minute walk from the cottage. Two miles up the road is the Princeville Center, with all the amenities of a little village. Groceries, restaurants, shops, gas, ice cream, large park with children's playground, senior Kupuna FitLot exercise park, and fitness exercise equipment lining the park walkways. Between the cottage and PV Center are trails to the beach, walking/bike trails from one end to the other, and other smaller resorts with tennis courts and restaurants. You will have a free designated parking pass for one car in space 215 in front of the condo.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our 30 foot long outdoor lanai is lovely, with three swivel/rocker chairs and a bistro table for two, plus perfect privacy, bird song, tree tops, coconut palms, bamboo and flowering and fruiting trees, with refreshing trade winds most of the year.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />540120020035
